This is the "FAITH" Tree Of Enchantment, from Kitras' Inspirational collection of blown glass oil lamps. A celebration of faith, in tones of primarily blue, burgandy and purple. The interior blown glass threads invoke the image of a tree trunk, supporting the lamp's spherical form. Kitras Art Glass uses centuries old glass blowing techniques to create these one of a kind pieces of blown glass art. Light this lamp and relax as the vibrant colors dance across this burning orb. Like trees in a forest, no two are the same, and each is a symbol of growth, strength, and the cycle of life. As the seasons change, so does nature's palette. A tag is included that reads in part: Faith is based on a set of deep rooted beliefs we use to guide us through times of uncertainty. Just as the branches of a tree reach and grow, faith drives us to stretch beyond our means to undertake extraordinary feats. The Tree of Faith reminds us of the power we hold within ourselves to achieve that which seems impossible. These orbs are made up of a beautiful mix of colors, and each one is unique and unlike any other in its combination of colors and patterns. The photos are just an illustration of one combination. These balls vary a bit in size, with a diameter of between about 5" and 5-1/2". You can use any lamp oil meant for such use. It comes with a metal shielded wick. Hand blown in Canada by skilled artisans.
